We want you to get the resolution you deserve.
Transforming dispute resolution
We are a group of dispute resolution professionals who provide quality consultancy services in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including mediation, early neutral evaluation, construction adjudication, med-arb/arb-med, and more. We help our clients connect with one of our dispute resolvers who can meet their needs and is available online or in-person.
A modern approach
It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized suggestions on who from our team is the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our clients’ needs.
Not sure which ADR?
Given its versatility in resolving a wide range of disputes, we believe ADR stands for not only ‘Alternative’, but also ‘Appropriate’ and ‘Amicable’ Dispute Resolution. We are here to assist the parties in choosing and designing the process they feel is most appropriate for their needs and interests.

Our services
Mediation
Online or in-person, Mediation is a flexible process conducted confidentially in which a neutral person actively assists parties in working towards a negotiated settlement agreement of a dispute or difference, with the parties in ultimate control of the decision to settle and the terms of resolution.
Online or in-person, Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) is an early, frank and thoughtful evaluation of the relative positions of the parties, as well as an evaluation of the overall value of the case. The evaluator is a neutral, very experienced and specialised lawyer or expert. The evaluation delivered is entirely confidential and is based on a reaction to the parties’ written statements and oral presentations.

Construction Adjudication
Online or in-person, Construction Adjudication (CA) is not a judicial procedure but a process whereby the adjudicator who may not be a lawyer has to reach a decision on matters referred to him/her by the complaining party. CA aims to address the cash-flow problems that contractors often encounter in connection with disputed progress payments by providing a speedy settlement that is binding on both parties until the completion of the project.
Med-Arb/Arb-Med
Short for mediation-arbitration/arbitration-mediation, this process gives the parties the opportunity to use mediation to reach a settlement, and then to rely on a decision by a neutral if there are issues on which no agreement can be reached. This process encourages parties to create their own settlement in the knowledge that an arbitrator will otherwise impose an outcome.
